How much will it cost?
Every commission is unique, it is therefore impossible to specify a "one size fits all" price. Each customer has different requirements and each order is tailored to that customer. The Prices page gives an idea of costs. As an idea, a 3 page website with hosting & email start from as little as £89 for a year.

How long does it take?
Most commissions are complete within 7 working days. This time can vary depending on how busy we are but prior to an order being commissioned with a client, Netherbeck Design will be able to give a more specific timescale for the completion of work.

Can you design an online shop for my company?
Yes, Netherbeck Design can design you a design you an online shop for your business.

Can I change my website once the commission is complete?
Yes, once the commission is complete, you may change your new website as you wish. If you require Netherbeck Design to make changes for you, our standard hourly rate will apply.

Will i receive an invoice for the work carried out?
Yes. Once the final, agreed upon website is live and both parties are satisfied, I will send you invoice for the full amount due.

What payment methods do you accept?
Netherbeck Design accepts personal & business cheques, direct bank account payments and payments through Paypal.

Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
If you do not already own a domain name and hosting, we can provide

What is the web design order process?
The first step is to request a free, no obligation quote via the Contact page. Once we have determined your requirements, a quote will be issued. Once happy with the quote, you may place your order with us. At this time Netherbeck Design will commence work on your order. We will then design an initial web page for you, and refined/change it whilst in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. If you are submitting text, images or photos etc to be included in the design, we require these as soon as possible, A delay in us receiving them, will result in a delay in completion! A final design will be submitted to you for further refinement/changes if required before the website is made live.

Do you require a deposit before work commences?
Yes, a deposit of 50% is required once the initial consultation has been complete, from any new client before any work is carried out.

What about payment?
It is the Netherbeck Design policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Netherbeck Design are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement. Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. If accounts are not settled or Netherbeck Design have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related website may be denied and web pages removed, we will then pass such cases to the Small Claims Court to pursue payment.

Can you update my existing website?
Yes, Netherbeck Design can update your existing websites for you.

What about copyright?
Once payment is made in full for any design work, you own the copyright.
